TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These are the terms & conditions of our agreement and apply to all purchases of products by you from Online4baby ltd. via our web/ebay site and you should read them carefully. These terms may vary from time to time and you should check them before making new purchases.

PRODUCT GUARANTEES

All products purchased from Online4baby carry a manufacturers 6 month warranty for any defects in manufacturing and/or materials from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace any product if it displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days only. If it displays a manufacturing fault after 28 days but within the guarantee period, we will repair or send spares parts to you free of charge.

Accidental damage and damage caused by misuse is not covered by the warranty and therefore a charge will be made.

All goods sold by the company are warranted free from defect in materials and workmanship. If the company shall receive a written complaint by e-mail from a customer in respect of goods found to be defective in respect of materials or workmanship only within 28 days of delivery the company after it has had a reasonable time to investigate the same and examine the goods in the dispute shall be entitled at its option to repair or replace the defective goods.

No claim will be entertained in respect of any goods which have been repaired or altered in any way or have been the subject of any accident or damage caused by an innocent, wilful or negligent act or omission of the customer or through use not in accordance with the manufacturers instructions by the customer or by circumstances beyond the control of the company or goods which cannot be shown to have been supplied by the company.

If the company shall receive a written complaint by e-mail from a customer in respect of goods found to be defective in respect of materials or workmanship after 28 days of delivery the company after it has had a reasonable time to investigate the same and examine the goods in dispute shall be entitled at its option to repair or replace the defective goods either via the manufacturer or from stock. A charge will be levied or passed direct to the customer for any collection or deliveries made. This will be advised in writing, via e-mail, before any swaps or replacements are authorised. All items have a 6 month manufacturer¿s warranty in respect of materials or workmanship unless otherwise stated. Where possible, we will advise the manufacturer directly, on behalf of the customer, to arrange collection and or repair/swap of any faulty items.

Any repairs made will not extend the original guarantee period This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods.

RETURNS

You may return any unused product you buy from us within 7 working days of receipt. To enable us to authorise a return, you must contact our customer services team via 08708 503070 or via email at onl1ne4baby@aol.com stating your buyer user id and/or delivery postcode, item number and reason for return. We will then authorise this return via ONLINE4BABY COURIER SERVICE ONLY. ANY PARCEL RETURNED TO US WITHOUT AUTHORISATION WILL BE REFUSED.

The product must be unused and packed in all original packaging, both internal and external, with instruction booklets. Clear tape only must be used to re seal the packaging. We must receive the product back within 7 working days of authorisation of return. All return costs are the customers responsibility. Return costs are shown in the table below:

SMALL PRAM ACCESSORIES (I.E FOOTMUFFS,BAGS,RAINCOVERS & PARASOLS) CAN BE RETURNED BY ROYAL MAIL BUT ONLY ONCE RETURN AUTHORISATION HAS BEEN OBTAINED
ALL ORIGINAL OUT OF AREA SURCHARGES ARE ADDITIONAL TO STANDARD RETURN COSTS.

OUT OF AREA DELIVERY SURCHARGES

The buyer is fully responsible for all return costs. On receipt of the item a refund will be issued via the original method used to pay for the item less the return costs.

If the item is found to be used or the packaging not suitable for re sale once returned then any refund or exchange will be refused and will only be returned to the customer once return and re-send costs are paid.

RIGHT TO CANCEL.

You have 7 days from receipt of payment to cancel your order with Online 4 baby ltd. You must contact customer services to authorise this. If your order has not been processed then no charges will be applied, however if your order has been processed then the customer will be responsible for all return costs as shown in the table above.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your item is damaged in transit please contact Online4baby on 08708503070 or via email at onl1ne4baby@aol.com. Stating your ebay item number and/or delivery postcode, buyer user id & details of the product damage. For all items dispatched by courier we must be notified by within 24 hours from receipt of item. This is to enable any claim on the couriers insurance. Items reported after this period will not be covered by the couriers insurance and any claims will be at the discretion of Online 4 baby Ltd. Any items damaged in transit will be collected if necessary and replaced free of charge or damaged parts will be replaced .

We are unable to refund a purchase that has been damaged in transit unless we are unable to replace the item. If you do not wish to receive a replacement product a refund can be issued but the buyer is responsible for all return costs (As shown in the table above). When this occurs you will be refunded within 24 hours.

MISSED DELIVERY.

If you miss delivery of your order you must respond to the card left by the Business post driver. If this is ignored the courier will re attempt delivery the next working day. If this re delivery is again unsuccessful the item will be returned to the couriers depot for further instruction and eventually returned back to online 4 baby ltd. If this occurs then the buyer will be responsible for re delivery charges.

Re send charges are £15.95 per order excluding room sets which are £29.95. Any re deliveries refused or not required will incur return costs as shown in the table above.

SPECIFICATIONS: WEIGHT, SIZES AND COLOUR OF PRODUCTS

We reserve the right to modify specification without prior notice. All weights and sizes listed are approximate and to be used as a guide line only. All photographs used in our listings are those of the manufacturer. The representations of colour are approximate due to limitations in the photographic and specification of different output devices. All goods are subject to availability. Accessories supplied to co-ordinate with the main product may differ in shade; this is normally caused by the manufacturing process and is not a fault.

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS INPUTTED

If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, Online4baby ltd. cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.

SHIPPING

All our orders are shipped via courier service only.

We are able to offer next working day delivery on most products to UK. Mainland Address

We can also offer a 2 day delivery service to other locations including: Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands,Scottish highlands and Scottish Islands and some other Scottich postocdes at a surcharge of £5 per listing with the exception of larger nursery furniture items which are detailed in the table below

ORDER PROCESSING AND POSTAGE

Our order cut off time is 12pm. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day for delivery the working day after.
