Q: How can I pay for my purchases?
A: Our preferred method of payment is by Paypal. Paypal is a safe way to buy and offers the Buyer protection. We also accept bank transfer for UK buyers to our Lloyds TSB account.
Q: Will I pay any charges or comissions to use Paypal?
A: No. All charges and commissions are borne by the Seller.
Q: Do you offer Combined Shipping?
A: Yes we offer Combined Shipping on all our listings. It is calculated on the highest postage for any individual item you have purchased plus £0.50 for each additional item.
Q: How does Combined Shipping work?
A: After you have finished your buying, simply go to checkout where you will be able to combine all your items. If you are unclear how to do this, just send us a message and we will send you the combined invoice.
Q: What if I have paid for my items but want to add more to my purchases?
A: As long as your order has not been shipped and we are still able to pack more items, just send us a message and we will send an invoice for those additional items with the combined shipping rate.
Q: Where are the items shipped from?
A: We are located in Malaysia and our goods will be shipped out from Malaysia.
Q: How long is shipping time?
A: We attempt to ship your items the same day or day after you have paid. Malaysian Postal services give us a guideline of 10 business days to the UK, EU and USA. However, from our experience, packages commonly arrive in 5 days to a week. Please allow more time for weekends and Public Holidays. If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks then please contact us.
Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: We ship by Registered Airmail from Postal Services in Malaysia. Buyers requiring shipment via DHL should contact us for the rates. A package weighing up to 500 grams being shipped by DHL to a major city will usually cost £15.00 or more, however, the rate is variable.
Q: Can my order be tracked online?
A: This depends on the country where you live and the efficiency of your own country's online postal tracking service. For many countries, if a package has been delivered, attempted to be delivered, or is waiting for you to collect then the relevant information is often found online.

Q: How do I know my tracking number?
A: When we are ready to ship your order we will send you a Dispatch Notice which includes the tracking number of your order.
Q: What if I want to cancel my order?
A: If you have already paid for your order and the package has been shipped out, then you will need to return it back to us within 2 weeks of receiving it in the original packing materials. If you have not paid for the item, then you will need to go to Resolutions and make a request to cancel the item.
Q: What's is your Returns Policy?
A: If you have received your order and wish to return it, you should do so within 2 weeks of receipt. We will not refund damaged goods and we will only refund the cost of the items. The Buyer is responsible for their own postage to return the items.
Q: Can I get a discount?
A: For orders of more than 20 items we offer free postage. For orders of more than £500 we offer a 20% discount.
