Dispatch:

Items will be dispatched between 2-3 days of purchase 1st Class. All items sent in padded jiffy bags.

Refunds:

Items which are faulty/damaged are eligible for a replacement, if a replacement is unavailable a full refund will be issued.

Refunds will not be given if you decide to change your mind after you have received the item (i.e. it is not faulty/damaged).
