Payment Policy
1. Please pay within 7 days of winning the item. If payment isn't made; buyer will be reported to eBay for non payment and item will be relisted.
2. When payment has cleared, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). If there is a problem with the dispatch then the buyer will be informed asap.

Returns Policy
1. If items are incorrectly ordered and the buyer wants to return for the correct item; the buyer accepts all postage costs for returning of the item and resending of the correct item.
2. Items incorrectly ordered by the buyer, are no longer required and buyer requires a refund, all postage costs are covered by the buyer and a handling fee of 15% will be charged.
3. Please note when returning items for whatever reason, please make sure they're well packaged for transit purposes and they must be returned in the original packaging with the original receipt included. If received back to us damaged, no refund or replacements will be given. We can't send replacements or give refunds until the original item has been returned to us and has been inspected.

Delivery Policy
1. All items being delivered by courier must be checked on delivery. If damaged please sign proof of delivery as damaged or refuse delivery and contact us ASAP so we can put a claim in for damages against our couriers. If not reported on day of delivery, we cannot offer a refund or replacement item.
2. The buyer must arrange for themselves or someone to be at the address given to us for delivery. The courier requires a signature for items and will not leave in a "safe place" or with a neighbour. The courier will attempt no more than 3 deliveries and if failed on these occasions, another delivery charge will be applied before item is to be re-sent.
