package and post your

deliveries.
We can not accept
collection of items from
our home address. (Stock
is held in storage until

able to include
‘Insurance’ in

are Factory Sealed and
in MINT condition.
Because we are very
conscientious about the
products we sell,
packaging and posting we
don’t anticipate any
problems in the sale of
any of our products.
However if you have any
concerns or questions
about your purchase(s)
at any stage in the

Items
that never arrive
(Refund Procedure)
We realise that
occasionally things do
get lost in the post,
which is why we always
obtain ‘Proof of
posting’.
If you have paid for
an item, which never
arrives then obviously,
you will want a full
refund.
If an item we
dispatch to you doesn’t
arrive after a
reasonable time please
contact us and we will
instigate our refund
procedure. All we ask is
that you confirm your
address, the fact that
your item never arrived
and that you will
cooperate with any Post
office investigator
should they contact you.
