| A:If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt. It must be returned well packaged and in the same (Sealed) condition as received. We will refund the purchase cost (postage costs will only be refunded for incorrect items, faulty or damaged items).

| A:If you have bought multiple items from me, you can send me one single payment for all the items instead of paying for them individually. When you click the “Pay Now” button, eBay will automatically determine if there are other items you have won or purchased from Novel_idea_Books and will combine them for your review, and adjust the postal discount |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Please review our Feedback for comments concerning delivery. We dispatch Monday through to Friday and always email buyers to let them know. We cannot guarantee fast delivery but that’s what we seek to achieve.

| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge For the USA and Canada? |

| A:Please see the post and packing charge for other International locations other than European i.e. Australia, and the same p & p charge applies for the USA & Canada. I am in the process of amending all listings of Cds to include the USA and Canada. Sorry if the absence of p & p charges caused any problems
