| A:You can collect any of the items in our eBay shop from out high street shop at 105 Park Road, Hartlepool, TS26 9HR.
There is currently a collection charge for the Poker chip sets to cover storage costs which makes the price up to £20 per set. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes there is an 40p reduction of each additional items shipping |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Your item should arrive with 48 hours of paying for it unless its a weekend you should expect it the Tuesday. |
| Q:Is the dolls house available in other colours? |

| A:Due to the wooden dolls house being discontinued they are now only available in Green and Orange. |
