Delivery: We despatch all goods sold on eBay within 1 working day of receipt of funds. We ship all instruments and large accessories within the UK by City-link. This is a secure "next day" courier. If you are not at the delivery address you have specified when they call, they will leave you a card letting you know they have tried to deliver and a contact number for your nearest depot. You can then call them to arrange an alternative date. Please make sure you specify a delivery address that somebody will be available at to sign for your goods - as we are unable to re-direct your consignment without making an additional charge.
We ship all small accessories within the UK by 1st class post. We ship all products to Europe by Parcel Force Euro 48 (delivery within 48hrs of despatch) We ship all products to the rest of the World using Parcel Force Worldwide delivery.

Multiple items- 1st &
2nd rates: You
will pay the shipping rate for the 1st
(highest value) item, and receive a postage
discount for any further items purchased.

For overseas delivery (in
particular Zones G-I) of multiple items, we

measurements and weights on all products.
Web Security checks
In cases where billing and delivery addresses/names do not match, and the order value is of what Normans deems a 'high' amount,
standard security checks are put in place to ensure the order is genuine and secure.
This involves us putting the order on hold, and sending a letter
to the billing address for approval by the billing customer, and can delay delivery for 1-2
working days whilst the checks are in progress.
All deliveries
are be made according to the carriers' standard procedures.
*For recorded delivery, a signature will be required. Please note that where a signature is required, orders cannot be sent to PO box addresses. Most orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days. If you still don't have your goods, please check with your local Royal Mail delivery/sorting office, who may be holding the parcel. Alternatively, parcels are sometimes left with a neighbour if you were out when delivery was attempted. If you still don't have your order after 5 working days, please
contact us and we will do what we can to help.
** For DPD, you will be contacted by email and/or SMS message with your delivery details. If the delivery time is not suitable, you can contact DPD directly to make alternative delivery arrangements or to upgrade your delivery to a special delivery service. If you are not at the delivery address when delivery is attempted, they will leave a card to let you know they have tried to deliver and a contact number for your nearest depot. You can contact DPD to track your parcel, make new delivery arrangements, change the delivery date, upgrade to a special delivery service or collect.
***Pallet Delivery - The driver will remove all packaging/pallet materials after the delivery of your goods.
Should you require clarification on what happens if nobody can be available to receive the goods, and/or a signature is required, please contact the carrier directly.
