Payment
♦ Payment must be made within 3 days unless you have contacted us prior to bidding
♦ A reminder will be sent on day 3 and an Unpaid Item Dispute will be opened on day 7
♦ We accept PayPal only unless an alternative method is arranged prior to bidding
Shipping
♦ Small items (under 2 kg) are delivered via 1st Class Royal Mail or Royal Mail Standard Parcels
♦ Items over 2kg are sent via courier and require a signature
♦ We can offer collection only on special arrangement before you bid
♦ We always post within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment.
♦ If items are lost in the post we will investigate and claim with Royal Mail
♦ A replacement will then be offered or a refund
Returns Policy
♦ We are pleased to offer all of our customers a 14 day no quibble returns policy
♦ Please notify us by email before returning
♦ If for any reason your not happy with your item please return in the original condition and packaging for a replacement or refund
♦ Postage costs are at ALL times buyers responsibility and this will be deducted from refund amount unless an error on our part has occurred
