Once you have made a purchase from Night Owl Creative, your order receives our best attention. The majority of our products are despatched in brand new packaging - padded envelopes, poly sacks or board-back envelopes as appropriate. Most items will be in a gripseal bag within the outer packing.
Occasionally for larger purchases we may recycle a carton rather than use an expensive brand new one - if so, this saving is passed on to the buyer.
Royal Mail new rates - August 2006
The new RM system of pricing mail by size as well as weight has inevitably meant some changes to our P+P charges. Most affected are lightweight but bulky items (a few examples being our pin cushions, boxes of wedding confetti and miniature figurines), where the cost of posting a single item has increased very substantially. We apologise for this, but it is of course outside our control.
However, in many cases the new pricing does mean that additional items can be included at little or no extra cost, so if you wish to purchase a few of our smaller items at the same time, the postage will become much more economical.
Please don't hesitate to contact us if you would like a combined postage quote for several items - we will ALWAYS happily calculate the most advantageous rate for you.
Some of our items have flat-rate postage so you can buy as much as you want and never pay a penny extra P+P - really, no catch, as much as you want - it's our way of granting you a quantity discount!
