| Q:How do I let you know what I would like engraved? |

| A:If paying by paypal, you can leave the details in the 'notes to seller section'. Or you can send an email via 'ask seller a question'. Or simply send an email to ngrave.it@googlemail.com, but be sure to leave your eBay user ID or we wont know who you are.
If posting payment just put a note in with the envelope. |
| Q:Do you have different engraving fonts to choose? |

| A:Yes we have many to choose. There is a link to them on the auction page. Be sure to let us know which you would prefer or we will choose something suitable for you. |
| Q:How much engraving can I have? |
|
| A:We offer unlimited engraving, although we do set recommended amounts to ensure the engraving does not look to squashed. The recommendations are shown in the item description. |
| Q:What if I want more than 1 of something? |
|
| A:This is no problem, we often keep multiples of our items. So if you want more than 1 just drop us an email and we can put more on for you. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:Yes we do. Once you have finished buying your items, before you pay for them. Contact us via 'request total amount from seller' or just email us at ngrave.it@googlemail.com.
We will then send a revised invoice with reduced shipping costs. |
| Q:What types of payment do you accept? |
|
| A:We accept Paypal, cheque, bankers draft, postal order. For cheques please allow 3-4 working days to allow it to clear. If paying by E-cheque these can take up to 14 days to clear. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:We make sure that our shipping costs are kept to a minimum. All shipping costs are displayed towards the bottom of the auction page. |
| Q:I need some help deciding what I want engraved? |
|
| A:That's what we are here for! email us on ngrave.it@googlemail.com or give us a call on 01275542157 and we will be more than happy to discuss your needs. |
| Q:What is your returns policy? |
|
| A:If your goods are different to those ordered,faulty or damaged on delivery. We will exchange the product or issue a full refund. Items which have been engraved will be exempt from any return or refund unless faulty or damaged as outlined above. Unwanted, faulty or damaged items will need to be reported and returned to us within 7 days of receipt. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Most in stock items are dispatched the same working day or within 24 hours.
If there is going to be a delay we will contact you. |
| Q:What if I don't want the item engraved? |
|
| A:This is no problem at all. Buy the item but make sure you tell us that you do not require engraving. |
