Q:Can I Personalise a Listing?
A: Yes. If you would like a custom ebay listing made to your needs please don't hesitate to contact us & we will be more than happy to help by creating an agreed Buy Now listing and sending you the link. This is a service that not every lighting shop offers !!
Email through ebay is our preferred method of communication
Q:Where do we Ship to?
A: UK, Ireland and most of Europe. Please check our Carriage & Delivery link, this can be found on the left hand side of each listing.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:Yes we do offer a postage discount for multiple purchases. You pay the Highest Carriage Charge from your purchases plus £2.50 per additional item. This should be automatic when you pay for all your items together, if you have problems email us and we will do it for you.
The postal discount does not apply to every listing, if applicable it will state it in the carrage section. Don't forget many of our listings offer Free Carriage!
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:Most orders will be despatched on a 48HR Delivery we may also offer a 24hrs service.
All these times are based on working days. Northern Ireland Delivery is between 2-3 days. A "24hr" delivery if ordered on Friday will be delivered on Monday not Saturday.
A signature will be required on delivery.
Q:What method of payment do you accept?
A:We accept Paypal, Postal Order/Bankers Draft or call our office on 01254 883300 and pay by Credit Card.
Q:Can we collect from you or view the product?
A:If you would like to visit us & view any of our products please contact us and we will prepare you with a free coffee whilst you browse!!
If you are collecting your goods from our premises please contact us and we will prepare your order so that it is ready for you to pick up.
Q:Do you have a showroom?
A:Yes we do, and all products are available for viewing prior to purchase, but again, please contact us to arrange a suitable time to visit.
Q:Are your products guaranteed?
A:Yes all product are guaranteed for at least 12 months - see individual listings for further details.
Q:The colour of the picture looks different to what the description says it is?
A:Sometimes the picture we take can make the fitting look a different colour.
Please be assured that whatever the item description says the colour is, that is the colour.
Q:Do you offer Aftersales & Further Details or images of a product?
A:If you would like any further information, further images or help with aftersales please don't hesitate to contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Q:What do I do if my goods have been delivered damaged?
A:If your delivery arrives damaged and appears to have been caused whilst in transit, please sign as "BOX DAMAGED" in the notes section of the drivers signature area.
