If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, we will always be happy to refund you in full (excluding any p&p costs). In order to benefit from this additional peace of mind, please ensure you follow these guidelines:

• You must return your item/s to us within 14 days of receipt.

• You must return the item in the same condition as you received it. That is, it must be in the same saleable condition inclusive of its packaging.
• The body panels we supply are all new, and supplied from the factory in primer. However some may need minor rework before painting in line with industry guidelines.
• It is recommended but not compulsory that you use a traceable delivery service to return it, as you are fully responsible until it is returned.
• You must notify us by email prior to the return of the item. Please include your eBay user name and details of the item.
• We reserve the right to reject any return where the above terms are not met.
• As soon as the item is received, we will refund in full, less the cost of any postage and packaging.

Exchange Policy

As is clear from our listings, we offer a free of charge service to enable customers to check chassis or registration numbers against relevant part numbers of the listed item.
However in the unlikely event of an incorrect part being ordered, we would be more than happy to exchange it for the correct one. In this instance we would only charge for any additional item costs and any postage and packing charges.
Please be aware we will not be held liable for any loss or injury occurring from fitment of an incorrect part. If you are not sure please ask.
