Shipping and Handling
Orders are generally shipped on the day of order, or next day. (Mon-Fri) either by City Link or Parcel Force to UK mainland addresses. Delivery is by Carrier and must be signed for by yourself. We will email via the eBay "My Messages" system to advise when the shipment has been made.
Delivery Schedule
This will depend on the carrier used. In general, City Link or Parcel Force deliver within two full working days after despatch. For order sent outside the United Kingdom, you can expect delivery to take much longer.
Carriage Cost
The carriage cost shown includes the the cost of packaging materials and staff time to prepare your order.
Overseas Orders
We are based in the United Kingdom. We will send certain items outside the United Kingdom on a signed-for basis.
Student Accommodation
We do not ship orders to student accommodation or college and university addresses. This is due to the number of items which "never arrive".
British Forces Addresses
We do not ship to any BFPO address, as it is impossible for the recipient to be available to sign for the order.
