Q : How can I order samples?
A : Samples can be ordered from our eBay store. If you need assistance, please contact us.
Q : I would like a copy of the Tile Technical Specification and the Porcelain Quality Guide?
A : Just send an email to sales@blueskystone.com and we will be happy to email both these documents to you.
Q : Do you supply the correct adhesive and grout for these porcelain tiles?
A : Yes. They can be found in our eBay store, alternatively contact us for details. We can ship your order with all the products for a single delivery charge (if purchased at the same time).
Q : Can you work out what I need if I give you my measurements?
A : Yes. Just email us at sales@blueskystone.com or call on 0845 226 3193 and we will do the rest.
Q : Does the final price include VAT ?
A : Yes. The price includes VAT. We will issue a VAT invoice upon request.
Q: Can I speak to someone about products, payments and delivery?
A : Yes. Just call 0845 226 3193, we are open M-F between 8.30am to 4.30pm and Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm. You can also email us outside of these hours.
Q : Can I visit you to view the product?
A : Yes. Please contact us to arrange a visit as we operate by appointment only. We do this to minimise the risk of customers being on site whilst fork-lifts and lorries are in operation.
Q : What about payment and delivery ?
A : Once funds are cleared, it normally takes 3-4 working days to receive your order. If you don’t want such a quick delivery we are happy to delay despatch, just contact us for details.
Q : How close to the actual colour of the product are the pictures?
A : The pictures are as close to the actual product as digital photography and individual monitors will allow. Please use our sample service so that you can check the colour and finish before making a purchase online.
