Payment Terms -
Payment must be made within 7 days from end of auction or
buy now date. Any Unpaid item will be processed via Ebay’s
Unpaid Item Console inline with Ebay’s Procedures Policy.
Our preferred Payment Method is via PAYPAL although UK
Buyers may pay via Cheque, Postal Order drawn on UK
Bank or UK Post Office.
UK Buyers may also pay via credit card - Visa , Mastercard, Maestro
or Switch Debit Card or via Internet Banking / Bank Transfer, but
we must be notified via Ebays Messaging System or Telephone prior for
agreement and acceptance by us.
All Payments must be in GBP / UK Pounds Sterling.
Non UK Buyers payment must be via Paypal.
Despatch Of Item - Orders will be processed and despatched only upon cleared
payment only. Cheques and payment via non instant method eg BACS,
Paypal Echeque will entail delay and goods will only be
despatched upon confirmation of clearance from the relevant
Payment Processor or Bank.
At time of clearance order will normally be processed and
despatched within one working day. Monday to Friday ( exc
UK Public Holidays ) and the method of shipment being
available at time of despatch.
We cannot be responsible for any delay in shipment which is
due to circumstance’s out with our control.eg strike action,
customs clearance etc.
Shipping -
All goods at time of shipping the buyer will be notified via
email. Our methods of shipment are via Royal Mail or our
appointed Courier.
We may at times upgrade shipment method to alternate
method, of with the view to keeping your costs to
a minimal.
As a registered VAT Business all shipping charges inc VAT.
Please note cost of postage shown in addition to cost
of products shown already includes VAT. Whilst
VAT is not applicable on cost of postage, it is applicable when
has been resold as Service.
Please bear this in mind when considering our Shipping costs
Returns Policy

We operate a 100% no quibble 14 day returns policy
providing item has been unopened, remains as new condition in its
original retail packaging.
If item found to be faulty or not as per description at time of
receipt please notify us via Ebays messaging system
within 3 days. Remember any problem can always be easily resolved via good
communications between both parties.
When returning goods please ensure proof of purchase is
also returned.
A fully itemised VAT Business Invoice will
be supplied with all goods sold by this Company and
must accompany any returns as proof of purchase. |
