| A:Yes - for any amount of purchases at one time, you pay just the one shipping amount. Message us if unsure. |
| Q:Do you do other players in my favourite team? |

| A:Probably. We have well over 1500 different Limited Edition cartoons of sports stars and celebrities past and present. Check our ebay shop, or contact us for a full list of available cartoons. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |
|
| A:We aim to ship on the day payment is made. The exceptions are weekends, Bank Holidays, and Wednesday afternoons when our local Post Office is closed. Then the item is shipped on the next working day. Orders to the USA and Australia are subject to the mercy of the Postal system, I'm afraid. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:The full postage charge is always shown on the auction page. This includes shipping, handling and materials. We always combine postage when you order more than one item. |
| Q:Can I request a special cartoon |

| A:Let us know if there is anyone you would like to see drawn. We cannot promise to include your favourite, but we will certainly try. You can also commission a cartoon portrait to be drawn - ideal as a gift for a special occasion. These cost from £50 up and are produced immediately. Contact us for a leaflet and price guide. |
