All items must be checked at the time of delivery.
Any item delivered faulty or damaged can be returned to Newquay-Bonsai for a full refund on the condition that the item was signed for as damaged at the time of delivery.
If an item has been delivered and you wish to return it as it is no longer required or you don't like it, on its safe return, a refund will be given minus the cost of delivery to the customer and minus the cost of returning the item to Newquay-Bonsai.
All returns must be notified to Newquay-Bonsai within 7 days of the customer receiving the item.
