Refund Policy:
Please ALWAYS read my item descriptions properly, and if something is unclear just contact me through ebay - I try very hard to give as much information as I possibly can, so that you know exactly what you are buying from me. If you bought an item but are unhappy with it due to it being damaged or misdescribed please contact me right away for return information. Items must be returned within 7 days in the exact condition as received. A full refund (excluding any postage cost), replacement or exchange to the same value will be given. If you have received a wrong item then you are entitled to a full refund (incl. postage cost), replacement or exchange. Prior to any refund for unwanted/bought in error items you will be sent a mutual agreement message, which allows me to request the sale fee (for the refunded item) back from ebay. All you need to do is reply to it, and the case will automatically be closed by ebay without any further consequences. Refunds for lost/damaged items will be given for recorded deliveries only.
