| A:If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We are happy to replace your item or give you a full refund, but you must return the item to us within 14 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging. Return carriage at the buyers expense which is not refundable. |

| A:Yes, we are happy to combine postage and packing charges when you purchase more than one item from us in one transaction. Please contact us for a P&P quote in this case. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We aim to despatch all orders the next working day following cleared payment. In most cases items are posted 1st class via Royal Mail. Larger orders may be sent by standard parcels or by courier, which can take up to 4 days to arrive. |
