Aftersales & Warranty
Our compatible and remanufactured cartridges meet ISO 90011 standards and will not infringe or invalidate any Warranty or Guarantee offered by the printer manufacturer. All compatible cartridges are manufactured from only 100% new components to offer a high quality and reliable alternative product to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).
Remanufactured cartridges are tested at several stagaes of the process with any cartridges that fail any of these tests being rejected completly to ensure the highest quality possible.
If you have problems using any of our cartridges do not hesitate to Contact Us and we will strive to resolve any issues.
Product Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, even if there is nothing wrong with the item, we will offer you a refund. This refund is subject to a postage and restocking charge to cover the costs incurred by ourselves. The item must be returned to us by the customer before we can offer the refund. The customers will foot the bill for the return postage costs. We will not be held responsible for items lost while being returned so we therefore recommend that customers insure the items against loss or damage.
If you have a faulty item we will either replace the item free of charge or offer you a full refund on the faulty product. Before we can take any further action with faulty products we will require them to be returned to ourselves for inspection at the customers own cost. After we have received the faulty item back we can then process a refund or replacement.
We recommend that for all items that are returned to us, you obtains a Proof of Postage Certificate from the Post Office just in case the item is lost in the post. We will not be held responsible for items lost while being returned so we therefore recommend that customers insure the items against loss or damage.
Please contact us before returning an item so that a returns number can be issued. This returns number must then be included with the item so that we can establish who the item has been returned by.
