We are a family owned firm with over 38 years experience in supplying fabrics to the home dressmaker and the garment makers particularly the small manufacturers who need smaller quantities per design and colour to enable them to make their budget cover a wide range of colours and designs making their money spread to give a greater variety of colours and designs to show the world their creative talents.
We pride ourselves in supplying the highest qualities at the least prices. We only use high quality fabrics as we buy close to the season and by so doing we are able to make unbelievable entrepreneurial passing the advantage to those hard working customers amongst you who recognize this and are willing to take advantage of our opportunistic buys.
Shipping
We ship daily from Monday to Saturday. And we try our best to execute orders promptly. But, please note that once your order has left our premises we are both in the hands of the transporters. This being the Royal Mail or our next day couriers who are generally very good. However we would kindly ask you to allow 7 days from the date of order before contacting us if not received within that period. On the other hand if you have an urgent order which needs to meet a particular deadline then please feel free to contact us by email or phone 0115 943 6636 in order to have the opportunity to be able to help you in anypractical way . All orders are packed in a securely sealed bag tough enough to protect your purchase.
Out of Stock
Occassionally an item we are offering for sale may become temporarily out of stock or discontinued from our suppliers. If this is the case you will be contacted by email and a suitable replacement may be offered. This can be done by discussion or by posting you a sample to illustrate the alternative we have for you. If you tell us that you are not happy with this offer then the next stage is to offer then a full refund will be offered to you.
Claims
All claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of orders, otherwise they cannot be considered for refunds.
