Payment Terms

      Payments must be received within 5 days for both UK & International buyers

      If payment has not been received after 4 days a payment reminder will be sent and on the 8th day a Non Paying Bidder Alert will be filed with ebay.

Shipping

      Once cleared payment has been received, all items are sent as stated on individual listings.

      I try to ship every day Monday – Friday except Bank Holidays

      I always email you to say the item is on the way and give you the tracking number where applicable.  If you don’t receive my email, please check your SPAM box

Combined Shipping

      Wherever possible I am happy to combine the postage for all items but this does depend on the weight of individual items

      Please ask for combined postage cost before paying for item as once paid it is very hard for me to combine these costs I try to ship every day Monday – Friday except Bank Holidays

      The maximum most UK Mainland buyers will pay is £15.00 for a standard delivery service.  Additional charges will apply for delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Scottish Highlands & Islands. Please ask for more information before buying

Loss/Damages

      Please note that Royal Mail states that a parcel is not declared lost until 15 working days after posting, which is 3 weeks. An international parcel is not declared lost until 30 days from posting

Refunds

      If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact me by email within 3 days of receipt.

      Once you have contacted me, if I am unable to resolve the issue you have, you will be able to return it to me within 14 days of receipt.  THIS IS TO BE AT YOUR COST and must be by a trackable means to ensure it arrives safely. 

      Once received in the original resalable condition with original packaging, I will refund the original purchase price.   I WILL NOT REFUND THE COST OF POSTAGE & PACKAGING ORIGINALLY PAID.

       If your purchase is returned by the Post Office or other delivery service because you did not collect it after an attempted delivery or because you gave incorrect address details we will be happy to re-post it back to you at your cost. If you decide you do not want the item/s to be resent as you no longer require them we will be happy to refund you the original purchase price but not the post and packaging charges

Feedback

      Like most sellers feedback will only be left once feedback has been left for me as sadly, there are some buyers who think they can blackmail or use threatening behaviour towards me regarding feedback and I will not stand for it.
