No other methods are accepted so please do not ask. Currently we do not accept bank transfers.
V.A.T.We are a V.A.T. registered business
All final Value price and other charges include V.A.T. (if applicable) at the current rate. V.A.T. invoices are available on request for all purchases.

Postage CostsAll postage costs are as stated in the auction
No additional charges will be applied but please check the postage and packing fees.
These are not negotiable and may include expenses other than the cost of a stamp. I always list them so you know you will only pay your winning bid price plus the P&P - no more and no less.Of course if you wish to collect in person you will then only pay the winning bid cost.
If you wish to send your own courier in for collection you will have to pay a packing charge.

Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands will not incur additional costs but may be a slower service than stated
Personal collection is welcome by arrangement
For UK postage costs include insurance unless otherwise stated. You will need to sign for your item when delivered. We will always assist with insurance claims and will replace/refund once the carrier confirms the claim is valid.
Feedback
We always leave appropriate feedback and expect you to do the same.If you pay promptly (or not so promptly but you keep in touch) then you can expect positive feedback.
If you fail to pay for your purchase we will open an unpaid item dispute on eBay. If after a further seven days payment still has not been received an unpaid item dispute will be closed informing eBay the transaction has not been completed.
Please note once you leave feedback this is the end of the transaction. If you have any problems please email us before leaving feedback. We are always happy to assist until you signal a transaction is complete by leaving feedback. In no circumstances will we assist a buyer who leaves negative feedback prior to asking for assistance/clarification.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds/Exchanges are only given when agreed to by an email from us. All refund requests must be within 7 working days of receipt of goods.Items must be returned in the condition they were received.
Please note if an item is not described as "Brand New" than it is used. We are always happy to clarify the condition of an item prior to purchase via email.
Return carriage charges are at the buyers expense.
We will refund return carriage charges in the event that the product is faulty or was damaged in transit but only when confirmed by email, using the carrier specified by us.
