Than our magazine and store prices....?
The reason is actually quite simple.
Kenny and myself have only about 10 hours of working time available in a day the same as most other self employed people, and that time is used productively to make a profit to enable us to cover our overheads and hopefully take a wage home. :)
All the time spent on telephone's talking about goods and taking customer details has to be paid for, and traditionally, all businesses product and services prices have been structured to reflect this accordingly. The harsh reality is, if it took me a full 8 hours of telephone calls to sell an actuator, i would have to sell it at around £900 to break even that day. Not Ideal for the consumer at all is it?
However...
eBay offers a unique way for the customer to enter all the details and make his own product choices without any of our input and expensive labour time, thus allowing us to get on with other things. The online eBay prices reflect that fact by passing the savings made over to you the customer.
Please...
Try and respect this fact and only call us where absolutely necessary if you still wish to purchase the item at eBay special prices.
Many thanks for your time and business;
Stewart Sanderson & Kenny Walker.
