Goods That do not meet standards must be returned to us within 28 days of purchase and proof of purchase needs to be forwarded with the item. Goods will be tested and either fixed, replaced or a refund given (which ever is determined between the buyer and the seller). Items returned are done so at the cost of the buyer.

You have a 7 days cooling off period to change your mind regarding the purchase (for fixed price and buy-it-now items only) and in this time period goods can be returned to us in "As Sold" condition for a full refund. Goods are returned at the cost of the buyer. Please allow us upto 10 days to issue your refund.

Goods damaged in transit need to be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving these otherwise claims will not be processed. Goods damaged in transit, where the buyer has not opted for the postal insurance option will NOT be able to claim for the damage. Motorbling.com is not held responsible for goods lost/ damaged in the post. Items returned to us due to non collection by the buyer will be redispatched at the cost of the buyer.
