General terms and conditions

We aim to provide high quality store returns or ex-display items at a fraction of the retail price as with all store returns or ex display items labels will be cut for security purposes.

Definitions

Store Returns – This would be an item that has been previously bought from the original retailer and returned for a refund for one reason or another this item may have been washed / worn. The majority of our stock is store returns. All tags are cut.

Ex-Display – This item would have been used for display purposes only. This forms a very small part of our stock.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Every effort is made to make sure that all our items are described as accurately and as fairly as possible.

All items are checked before despatch, however there may occasionally arise instances where refunds may be warranted. These would be if there was a gross inaccuracy or oversight in the item listing or if the item was found to have a major or unacceptable fault which was not described in the listing.

Whilst every effort will be made to resolve and compromise on any customer concerns/grievances postage costs are not refundable.

We cannot offer refunds if the item doesn't fit, it turns out not to be to the buyer's taste or the item was damaged in transit, we will however offer an exchange if we have the stock available this would need to be arranged prior to you returning the item as an exchange number needs to be issued and we need to confirm stock availability. All postage is to be paid for by the Buyer. 

It is up to the buyer to find out as much as they can about the item (and their own measurements!) BEFORE buying we are always on hand to answer your questions.

Questions

Please use "ask the seller link" Provided on all listings this really is the quickest and most efficient way, our hotmail account is only monitored once or twice a day and sometimes messages get missed.

Payment

PAYPAL Our preferred payment method as this is the most secure and efficient method we have found.  It has the benefits of buyer protection, and is normally an instant payment, which enables us to dispatch your item as soon as possible, (we do accept paypal echeques obviously stock will not be dispatched until funds are cleared).

POSTAL ORDER If paying by Postal order this must be left uncrossed, this is treated as a cash payment. We do not accept Crossed postal orders as this has to be treated as a cheque payment and can take up to 10 days to clear.  We do strongly suggest if sending postal orders this is sent 1st class recorded delivery for your own security. Please also include your full name, address and EBay Item Number.

PLEASE NOTE we do not take personal cheques

We do expect Contact within 48 hours to confirm your chosen payment method, payment within 7 days of purchasing the item. Non-Payment will automatically be reported to EBay on the 8th day.

Dispatch/Postage

NOBODY LIKE TO PAY IT we understand this but we feel our postage charges are fair considering the service we offer all items will be dispatched usually within 24 hrs of cleared payment. We dispatch Mondays, Wednesday, Friday we do offer combined postage on multiple items please allow us to combine the invoice.

All our items are sent using ROYAL MAIL 1st class recorded service or on higher value items (over £50.00) special next day/courier. For international orders we use Royal Mail airsure or recorded signed for.  We use these services as they have proven to be efficient and cost effect they also have the added benefit of insurance against loss. Please also note these services are also recommended by PAYPAL AND EBAY.

Once the item has been despatched we send you an email to confirm this, you can then expect your item to arrive within a few days.  Should your item not arrive within 5 days please advise us and we will give you the tracking number, you will then be able to contact your local delivery office to enquire where your item is.  In the very unlikely event that your item has not arrived within 15 working days of posting you will then be entitled to raise a claim with royal mail for the cost of your item. Remember you have paid for this service in you P & P Charge  

We are more than happy to help you with this we do hold all relevant paperwork so please do not worry if you have lost yours..

All items are also sent with a return address so therefore if it is not delivered to you it should come back to us.

We have sent over 5000 items using the royal mail system and it is very rare for an item to be lost

And so on ....  in other words all issues can be dealt with fairly and amicable. 

The sellers detailed rating is very important – this is attached to all sellers ebay fees which let’s be honest in turns helps to define the price you are charged for your item again we do ask if you chose to complete this section that you are fair.
