If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items we will gladly replace the merchandise without additional charge, or provide you with a full refund. If you are unsatisfied with your item we do accept returns if it can be sent back unused but in this case P&P will not be refunded |

 | A: Yes! Our standard policy is for each additional item to receive a GBP £0.50p discount - this should happen automatically at the checkout. However, if you wish to purchase several items please ask for a quote clearly stating which items you wish to purchase and we will provide further discount if possible based on the weight and size of the item. |

 | A: We dispatch daily during the week. If you'd like a priority shipment please ask about first class or Special Delivery Next Day upgrades (UK only). |

 | A: Shipping charges are detailed on each listing and are divided into three bands: UK, Europe and Worldwide. The shipping charge does include a small handling charge for each item which will be maintained on a combined shipment. |

 | A: Royal Mail's last recommended postage date is the 19th December but we will continue dispatching daily by 1st class post right up to 2pm on the 23rd December.
As delivery is reliant on Royal Mail we can't guarantee deliveries to arrive before Christmas unless you opt for the Special Delivery Next Day service - quotes available on request. |

 | A: Yes, we are running a reduced service over the holidays and will be dispatching on the 29th & 30th December. Normal service resumes on the 2nd January. |
