Returns Policy
Brand New Goods:
Unsuitable items may be returned within 7 days
for a refund. Refund will be the full price paid
Items must be kept in new
condition along with any manufacturer/item-specific packaging
(ie you must
retain the actual item pack/box, contents, leaflets etc - but not our
envelope/postal packaging!)
Headphones, earphones, Bluetooth headsets etc
may be returned if still in the sealed & unopened pack
For hygiene
reasons, opened "in ear" items will be replaced if faulty but cannot be
returned
Used Goods:
Used goods may be returned only if not as
described. Refund will be the full price paid
If we agree to accept return of
any used item that was accurately described then the refund will be less the
original p&p costs
Auction items:
Items bought from an auction listing may be
returned only if not as described. Refund will be the full price paid
If we
agree to accept return of any auction item that was accurately described then
the refund will be less the original p&p costs
IN ALL CASES THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
