Returning An Item
I want you be 100% happy with the items you purchase, so for peace of mind, I offer a full refund on all items, with the exception of pierced earrings (which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons). Should you decide that you do not want to keep an item for any reason, please notify me via ebay messages within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must then be returned to me in it's original, un-worn condition within 14 days of you receiving the item. Refunds are made via the same method of payment that you used to purchase the item. Unfortunately, return postage costs cannot be refunded, and I strongly advise that you obtain a certificate of posting as proof of postage, as I cannot refund for items that have been lost in the post on their return journey. Please ensure that you have the correct postage on the envelope/package, as royal mail now charges by size as well as weight. Thanks!

I've just paid, when will I receive my item?
Items are posted within 1-2 working days after payment is received. Therefore, if you've paid for you item on a Monday, it will be posted by Wednesday. Most items arive promptly after posting, but occasionally items can take up to a week with normal first class mail, so please be patient if your item doesn't arrive straight away.
I've paid by e-cheque, when will my item be dispatched?
Your item will be dispatched when your e-cheque clears, which is often 9-10 days later, a lot longer than the 3-4 paypal suggest. If you need your item sooner, please contact me to arrange an additional method of payment.
Can you deliver items by Recorded or Special Delivery?
If you would like your order sent by recorded delivery, please contact me prior to paying, and I will amend your invoice. If payment has already been made, your order will be sent in the usual manner. Occasionally I am able to send items by special delivery (next working day) - however, this MUST be agreed in advance as I can't always guarantee being able to get to the post office that day. Special delivery costs an additional £5 to the usual posting costs.
I'm looking to buy multiples of an item, can you do me some sort of deal?
On certain items, if you are buying in bulk, I can usually offer a discount depending on the quantity you are buying - please contact me n advance of purchase to discuss prices and delivery. On bulk orders it's best to get in touch as soon as possible because extra stock may have to be ordered.
Are your items boxed/gift-wrapped?
Some items such as earring studs are boxed to prevent them getting damaged in the post. If you would like an item boxed e.g. for a gift, please contact me for more info. Most items are wrapped to post, but in large orders items are not always wrapped individually - if you have any special requests regarding wrapping, please get in touch via ebay messages, preferably prior to ordering.
