TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRIVACY

1. All items are shipped in either heavy duty reinforced brown paper or buff coloured bubble envelopes (Jiffy type bags).  Very occasionally, extra large or irregular shaped items may be shipped in opaque grey, tough polythene mailing sacks

2. There will be a small label on the back with my return address (no business name) to help in the return of any undeliverable items

3. There will be no mention of 'Miss Discreet' or any other distinguishing marks (company logos etc) just your name and address and the Royal Mail postage stamps

4. I NEVER send unsolicited emails to customers (no special offers, advertisements etc) with one exception - will contact you if you default on payment!

5. I will NEVER pass on contact details to any third party for any reason whatsoever!

6. I don't leave feedback until it has been left for me and I never mention the item bought by name in feedback. This is to ensure absolute discretion by stopping people tracking what you buy by studying your feedback.

PAYMENT

The Buyer must contact me within 3 working days of End of Auction and payment must be received within 7 days

As per Ebay's new policy, I only accept payment by PayPal

Payment is expected within 7 days of the end of the auction. Please do not bid if you do not intend to complete the sale and pay for your item(s). I file non paying bidder reports with eBay on ALL non paying bidders!

7 DAY RETURN POLICY

 
Cancellation
 
I comply with the UK distance selling regulations; you have the right to cancel part or whole of your order and return it within 7 days.  Please email me prior to any returns so that I know to expect it.  If your parcel has already been dispatched then the parcel must be returned unopened within 7 days for a refund, I do not refund initial postal costs nor those incurred by you in the return of the parcel.  If your parcel has been opened and contains items covered under our hygiene policy then you will not be issued with a refund

Damaged/faulty items

All items are inspected personally by myself prior to dispatch so it is extremely unlikely that you will be sent faulty goods.  In the unlikely event that you do receive a damaged/faulty item please email me first then return it within 7 days for a free of charge replacement, if a replacement is not available I will refund your money including reasonable P&P costs in full.  Please obtain a free certificate of posting from the post office to cover you in the event of the parcel being lost during its return

Exchanges & Refunds

Please choose your size carefully as P&P costs are not refundable, if in any doubt please email me for advice. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) in their original condition and unworn/unwashed with the tags attached within 7 days and I will be happy to exchange or issue a refund.  Shoes/boots must be returned well packed in their original shoe/boot box, please do not attach any parcel tape directly to the box.

N.B. Items covered in the following hygiene policy cannot be returned (please do not ask as our refusal may offend):-

Hygiene Policy

Please note!  I do not refund on any of the following items for reasons of hygiene. Briefs, knickers, thongs, panties, basque sets, teddys/bodystockings or other 'below waist' items, or any other sets include them.  Adult playsuits/uniforms are not refundable or exchangeable.  Items of hosiery cannot be returned once the individual packet has been opened.  Please do not ask to exchange any of the afore mentioned items as a refusal can offend, we do not make any exceptions to this policy. This policy also gives peace of mind to customers with the assurance that intimate items of lingerie and playsuits etc, can be purchased knowing that the items have not been sent out to any other customers beforehand.

Please Note!

I do not refund/exchange items purchased via auction unless the item is found to be faulty - all items are inspected prior to dispatch

Please do not attempt to return items as 'faulty' when you have damaged them by trying to force on something that is too small. If I suspect this is the case you will not be refunded

I make every effort to ensure that the colour of the item in the photograph is as accurate as possible. However your computer monitor may be calibrated differently to mine and you may receive a very slight difference in shade to what appears on your monitor

When returning items please email me first for return instructions, when emailing, please always quote your eBay user I.D. and the item number of the item to be returned.

Please note! I do not refund the initial P&P costs, or the cost of you returning the item, unless the item is faulty

I take great care packaging my items correctly for you, please ensure you do the same for me with any returns.

DELIVERY

1. Your item will be dispatched within a 24 hours of reciept of cleared payment, (Mon to Fri). I do not post on Saturdays

2.  UK mail - unless you request an alternative, I always post 1st class Royal Mail Standard, the Royal Mail Quotes 1 to 2 working days for delivery but they don't guarantee this and deliveries can take up to 14 days

3. UK mail - Any parcel containing an item(s) with a value over £34 will be sent recorded delivery which means it must be signed for on receipt. The postal charge of 75P per parcel will be included in your invoice

4. Overseas mail - unless you request an alternative, I always post Royal Mail Small Packet. Please allow at least 7 working days for airmail to Europe and 10 days for airmail to the USA although most items arrive much sooner than this

5. Overseas mail - there is a 2 kgs weight limit on the Airmail service so I cannot offer a postage discount for multiple items if the total exceeds 2 kgs

6. Overseas mail - this Airmail service includes insurance as standard to the value of £34. Please email me if you require increased insurance coverage

7. I cannot investigate any claim for "lost in post" items until 15 working days after posting. The Royal Mail will not enter into discussions until this amount of time has passed

8. I always obtain proof of posting on every item I send

9. Combined postage - If you wish to take advantage of postal discounts and combined postage, then you must wait to be invoiced, otherwise all orders will be processed as normal

10. Please contact me for alternative postage rates - for express delivery etc

IMPORTANT!!!

An automated email will be sent to your registered eBay email address on the day your item(s) is dispatched. If your item then does not arrive when expected, please check with your local Royal Mail depot. Although the post person is supposed to leave a card when a delivery is attempted and no one answers the door, quite often they do not do so. Nine out of ten enquires I receive regarding a late or delayed delivery are due to this happening.
