Please ensure that you read all of the terms and conditions before bidding or buying via 'buy it now'. All bids will be considered as a binding legal contract. If you wish to purchase more than 1 item from our store and benefit from reduced Shipping charges, all purchases must be made by the same eBay ID, with the same shipping address and paid for at once. Please contact us to update any invoices if necessary before making payment. We have made every effort to ensure that all colours are accurately reproduced in our listings, however please bear in mind that your own system may cause variations in colour reproduction.

SHIP TO LOCATIONS

Our items are shipped from UK. We ship to the following locations: UK, EUROPE, USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND. If you are registered in any of these countries and have trouble bidding please contact us by email: millenniumemporium@yahoo.co.uk. All items are insured and trackable at destination.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Buyer pays for all shipping. Shipping costs vary on individual items - please see individual item descriptions. Shipping can be combined on certain items. International dispatches are restricted to 3 items or 2kg per parcel.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS

PayPal is the only payment method accepted for non-UK bidders. Buyers are responsible for any charges imposed by Customs in their country. All parcels will be correctly marked for Customs.

NON PAYING BIDDERS

All bids will be considered and treated as a binding legal contract. Payment must reach us within 7 days of the end of the auction. After this time items we reserve the right to relist it or sell it to the next highest bidder. Failure to pay will result in a non-paying bidder strike and negative feedback being left. All non-payment cases will be passed to our debt recovery division for follow up action. This may result in your suspension from eBay.

EXCHANGES OF ITEMS NOT YET DISPATCHED/BIDS MADE IN ERROR

If you make a bid in error or want a different item than the one you bid on do not bid on a second item. Please email or call us on +44 (0) 20 8905 6847. If you bid on a second item you will receive an unpaid item strike for any item not paid for.

WARRANTY

If your item develops a fault within the first 28 days, please email or call us on +44 (0) 20 8905 6847. After the first 28 days please refer to the instructions in the manufacturer's warranty. Please check your warranty booklet for parts covered under warranty.  If you are unsure, feel free to contact us.

DELIVERY BY COURIER

All courier deliveries will be made by Parcelforce. Deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm Mon-Fri. All items must be signed for. If you are not at the delivery address, you must contact Parcelforce to arrange a second delivery. You can find the number for your local depot by going to www.parcelforce.com and entering your delivery postcode. After the second attempted delivery you must contact the local depot within 2 working days to arrange to collect your parcel from them. If you require a 3rd delivery a re-delivery charge of £7 will apply. If you do not collect/contact the depot/us within 3 working days of the first delivery attempt your parcel will be returned to us. At this point an admin/re-delivery charge of £12 will apply.

If you require a change to a delivery address, a £15 fee will apply. Therefore, please ensure the address you give with your payment is appropriate for weekday delivery. Parcelforce courier can deliver to work or home addresses or your local post office.

Please provide a daytime contact number with your payment in case of any problem.

RETURNS (ALSO SEE INDIVIDUAL ITEM DESCRIPTION)

If you are not completely satisfied with any product for any reason we will gladly replace it or refund your purchase price (excluding shipping and handling) within 14 days of receipt. If you choose to return or exchange an item, please contact us for instructions. This guarantee excludes jewellery and SDIO WLAN cards.

In the unlikely event of your item arriving damaged or faulty, please ensure that you notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will provide a replacement. Failure to notify us within this time period will invalidate the return request.

Prior to returning your item, you must email us to obtain a Returns Reference. A replacement or refund will not be issued without this reference. The item must be returned its unworn condition, with original packaging and documentation within 7 days of your reference being issued. We will provide a replacement or refund of returned items after we receive the original goods.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an item is faulty. Returned parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by us. Replacements or refunds will be processed after we receive the original goods. 

Consumer Electronics/Computing
If you suspect that your item is faulty, you may return it for a replacement or refund. The item will be tested on receipt. If it is faulty we will refund the return postage costs. If the item is not faulty we will not refund any return postage costs. We will not give refunds for the reason of incompatibility with your unit (PDA, laptop etc). It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure compatibility. The compatibility lists we provide are to assist you and cannot be used as definite proof of compatibility. 

REFUNDS
All refunds and are subject to completion of a Mutual Agreement to Cancel Sale through eBay and will be made via the purchase method within 5 working days of completion of the Mutual Agreement.
