If you wish to purchase more than 1 item from our store and benefit from reduced Shipping charges, all purchases must be made by the same eBay ID, with the same shipping address and paid for at once. Please contact us to update any invoices if necessary before making payment. We have made every effort to ensure that all colours are accurately reproduced in our listings, however please bear in mind that your own system may cause variations in colour reproduction.

SHIP TO LOCATIONS

Our items are shipped from UK. We ship worldwide including: UK, EUROPE, NORTH & SOUTH AMERICA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND. SHIPPING & HANDLING

Buyer pays for all shipping. Most items are free within the UK, please see individual item descriptions. Shipping can be combined on certain items. 

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS

PayPal is the only payment method accepted for non-UK bidders. Buyers are responsible for any charges imposed by Customs in their country. All parcels will be correctly marked for Customs.

NON PAYING BIDDERS

All bids will be considered and treated as a binding legal contract. Payment must reach us within 7 days of the end of the auction. After this time items we reserve the right to relist it or sell it to the next highest bidder. Failure to pay will result in a non-paying bidder strike and negative feedback being left. All non-payment cases will be passed to our debt recovery division for follow up action. This may result in your suspension from eBay.

EXCHANGES OF ITEMS NOT YET DISPATCHED/BIDS MADE IN ERROR

If you make a bid in error or want a different item than the one you bid on do not bid on a second item. Please email or call us on +44 (0) 20 8905 6847. If you bid on a second item you will receive an unpaid item strike for any item not paid for.

WARRANTY

If your item develops a fault within the first 28 days, please email or call us on +44 (0) 20 8905 6847. After the first 28 days please refer to the instructions in the manufacturer's warranty. Please check your warranty booklet for parts covered under warranty.  If you are unsure, feel free to contact us.

DELIVERY BY COURIER

All courier deliveries will be made by Parcelforce. Deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm Mon-Fri. All items must be signed for. If you are not at the delivery address, you must contact Parcelforce to arrange a second delivery. You can find the number for your local depot by going to www.parcelforce.com and entering your delivery postcode. After the second attempted delivery you must contact the local depot within 2 working days to arrange to collect your parcel from them. If you require a 3rd delivery a re-delivery charge of £7 will apply. If you do not collect/contact the depot/us within 3 working days of the first delivery attempt your parcel will be returned to us. At this point an admin/re-delivery charge of £12 will apply.

If you require a change to a delivery address, a £15 fee will apply. Therefore, please ensure the address you give with your payment is appropriate for weekday delivery. Parcelforce courier can deliver to work or home addresses or your local post office.

Please provide a daytime contact number with your payment in case of any problem.

RETURNS

Unwanted Purchases/Your Right to Cancel

• You must notify us of your intent to cancel within 7 days of the date of delivery to your address.
• Please use the Returns Resolution Centre on eBay to request a refund.
• Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories and original packaging.
• A full refund of the order total will be processed after the receipt of the returned item.
• The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
• Sorry, but pierced earrings are excluded from this policy.

Faulty Products

• In the unlikely event of your item arriving damaged or faulty, please ensure that you notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will provide a replacement. 
• If your item develops a fault within 14 days of purchase, please use the Returns Resolution Centre on eBay to notify us. A replacement/refund will be issued after receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault.
• Should an item become faulty after 14 days of purchase but within the stated warranty period, we will, at our discretion, offer a repair or replacement, after receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault.
• If the item is not found to have a manufacturing fault, or the fault is due to customer misuse, then no refund will be issued, and the buyer will be responsible for any fees for return shipping.
• Should you wish for a replacement item, we recommend that you purchase this from our Shop under a separate transaction.

Incorrect Orders/Substitutes

• In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect order or a substituted item, please accept our apologies.
• Please use the Returns Resolution Centre on eBay to request a return.
• Please return the item in its original condition, and upon receipt we will send the correct item.
• Please enclose the return postage costs which will be refunded.

Prior to returning your item, you must email us to obtain a Returns Reference. A replacement or refund will not be issued without this reference. The items must be returned within 7 days of your reference being issued. 

REFUNDS
All refunds are subject to completion of a Mutual Agreement to Cancel Sale through eBay and will be made via the purchase method within 5 working days of completion of the Mutual Agreement. This will be initiated by us if you have not used the Returns Resolution Centre to notify us of the return.
