Please review our terms and conditions before placing orders or inquiring about the specific question you may have. This guide will tell you about our shipping and receiving procedures, give you tips on how to pay for your order.
Correspondence between buyer and seller is an important part of any on-line transaction. Please make sure your contact information when ordering is current, that your mailbox is not full and that you will receive our correspondence at all times during the transaction.
Credit / debit card, Paypal or Nochex is by far our preferred payment method. If you have problems use NOCHEX.
If you need to pay by cheque, please allow 10 working days for cheque clearance, goods will then be dispatched. It is quicker to send postal orders.
All international orders must be paid by Paypal or Credit Card on line only. Payment must be from a registered and verified credit card address, we will only deliver to this address, otherwise we will refund the order.
Please include item description and address with any payments sent in the post.
Please ensure you test all items prior to use, holiday etc.

Return of goods
Items will only be accepted for return/exchange within 14 days of despatch if: In NEW condition, in original packaging and unmarked and not used in water. Buyer will be responsible for post and packing in both directions. Items returned are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Please note it is possible to snap fins if used on land for walking or climbing steps etc. Fins MUST be taken off whilst in the water, they are not shoes. We are unable to replace any broken fins after 48 hours from reciept, sorry. Consequential loss or damage to other items, is not covered under warranty.
We are happy to exchange goods within 14 days of reciept, but goods must be: In NEW condition, in original packaging and unmarked and not used in water. If exchanging, no restocking fee is charged but here will be a small postage charge for resending the goods.
Special order items cannot be returned unless faulty. All goods carry a faulty workmanship warranty for 90 days from the date of purchase. Faulty goods returned within 14 days of receipt will be entitled to a refund or replacement.
We are unable to accept Headphones or Helmets for exchange or return, due to health and safety laws.
We do not send to any address outside Europe. We also will not send to any address in Lithuania, due to excessive items stolen and not arriving.
Please include item number and address with any payments!
Bidding
All I ask is that if you bid, you honour that bid and pay for the item within 7 Days. In return I promise that once payment has been received I will dispatch the item promptly. If payment is by cheque, the item will be dispatched after 10 days.

Postage and Packaging
I keep proof of postage on all items sent. In the unlikely event of a problem with delivery, I will provide you with proof of postage. This covers you for the loss and damage up to £28, if there is no evidence of a signature upon delivery.
We also recycle as much packaging as we can, so you may find your package has additional cardboard etc, used as padding.
Buyer Pays Shipping. Our consumer sales via eBay are offered to UK Mainland. International shipping on request unless specified already.
Our main web site free delivery package for orders over £75, is not available through our ebay shop under any circumstances, sorry. This is due to the high ebay fees incurred.

Although we can offer urgent delivery on most items, the followiing postcodes are excluded from urgent delviery unless the total weight is under 2Kg. For all urgent deliveries, please contact us first.
Items are not considered lost until 15 working days for UK delivery and 28 working days for International.

PLEASE NOTE: Collection is not possible on any MIKES DIVING purchases.
Multiple purchases:
I will charge you the highest postage cost for the first item and £1 extra for EVERY subsequent item. (International orders are excluded from the £1 extra per additional item offer) Providing all items are paid for and dispatched at the same time to the same address.
E-bay will work out the total for you, as long as you pay for all items at the same time. i.e. purchase all the itme you require, then ask me for a total invoice.
Not Happy, I want to know.
If you are not completely content with what you receive, tell us about it straight away, return it within 7 days in good order in its packaging undamaged and not used or immersed in water. You are however responsible for the postage and a 15% restocking charge.
