Any damaged or faulty items must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt.We offer a full refund upon return of goods for undamaged resalable goods. Refund does not include any return shipping charges.
Return is not applicable for fragrance oils unless received damaged as we cannot re-sell these oils. This is due to the fact that we do not have testing facilities to check that the oils have not become contaminated between leaving us and their return.
A full refund, or replacement, including shipping will be given for any item received damaged or faulty. Proof of damage or return of goods will be required.
