Should i item arrive to you in a less than perfect condition, email me and we can arrange another item to be sent to you (on reciept of the damaged goods).

If you item does not arrive - i will send you a copy of the proof of postage for your item and a copy of the invoice in order that you can make a claim with royal mail for items lost in the post.
