| A:For damaged parts we offer exchange or a full refund if a replacement is not available. Goods must be in original condition, not tampered with in any way.
If you are unsure about compatibility you are welcome to provide a chassis number and model year and we will check for you. No returns will be accepted for wrongly ordered/bought parts. |

| A:Within 2-4 working days if sent to UK or 7-21 days for any other locations. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:The postage price is usually set by the weight and size of the item. All charges include insurance. Please see description for prices. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:We ship worldwide (insurance included in the price). Please choose your location, from the "Postage and Packing" section at the bottom of listing, for prices to desired destination. |
| Q:I know the part number. How can I find it in your shop? |

| A:Please go to our shop, tick "title and description" and start searching for the part number. Do not leave any spaces between the numbers and the letters. Example: A000 989 82 71 will be entered as A0009898271 or 997 341 081 06 will be entered as 99734108106 |
| Q:How can I find out which parts might be compatible with my car? |
|
| A:If your Mercedes-Benz chassis number starts with WDB203...or WDC203... do a search for W203. If your chassis number starts with VSA639.. do a search for W639. If your chassis number starts with WDB140.. do a search for W140 and so on.
