Postage & Packing Charges
- All postage costs are detailed in full at the end of each listing for UK and Europe/Rest of World
- Discounts are available on all multiple purchases but only if ONE payment is sent, and can not be refunded after you have sent individual payments
- Signed for delivery is an optional extra for your security, and will allow your item to be traced through the postal service
- Collection will not be possible under any circumstances, sorry
Sales Information
- All bids are final, please do not bid unless you intend to pay
- All non paying bidders will be reported to eBay
- All listings are in £ sterling (GBP) never US$
- Packaging and brands may vary from photo, but the quality will always remain the same
Feedback
- Feedback is always left after the transaction is completed, please do the same when you are happy with your item and the service received
- If you have a problem with your item or delivery, please email us before leaving any feedback or we will be unable to assist you further
- Please do not ask us to leave feedback, as we do so in bulk and this just delays other peoples orders
Refunds & Returns
- All refunds/exchanges should be requested by email within 7 days of receipt
- Items must be returned in the condition in which they are received or no refund will be given unless of course the item is faulty
- Items are returned at the buyers expense unless found to be faulty and you email asking for a refund of return postage paid
Items Lost In Post
- Please note that whilst we will dispatch an item prompty it is out of our hands as to when the mail service will deliver your item and as such we will not be responsible for the date it is delivered
- In the UK please allow 15 working days from date of dispatch email before telling us an item is lost as before this date Royal Mail will not consider an item lost in the post
- For the Rest Of World please allow 30 days from date of dispatch email so that we can make investigations for you
