The History of Tatty Teddy 

Tatty Teddy is from the Me to You range which is produced by Carte Blanche. The blue nose bear was created in 1987 and the story goes:

The oldest, smallest house was about to be knocked down and piled outside were all the things that once mad the house nice and cosy

Trapped amongst these things was a little brown teddy bear. It began to snow and the bear got very, very cold, so cold that his nose turned blue and his fur began to turn grey. He was cold, unloved and very sad.

Luckily, in the Spring, a little girl found the bear and liked him so much that she took him home to her Grandma to see if she could patch him up.

Grandma replaced his lost stuffing and sewed patches on the rips and tears. The little girl thought he was wonderful and perfect.

Now Teddy was warm and loved again. Why not give one of our Tatty Teddies a warm,loving home.
