Return Policy :
We are here to make sure you are 110% satisfied. We pride ourselves in delivering exactly what we promise. You are more than welcome to return the item within seven days if you are not fully satisfied for any reason. Items must be in original condition. No returns on items that have been resized at your request. 100% refund will be given on your return minus shipping charges. All returns must be accompanied with a return authorization number (call or e-mail us in order to obtain this information).
Shipping Policy :
We ship all orders via FedEx 2nd Day Air. We process most orders within the same day of receiving them. And usually can ship an item out the same day as well. All orders are fully insured during shipment so you will not be liable in case of any complications during shipment. For custom designs, alterations, such as sizing, please allow us a little extra time. Domestic shipping charges are $25.00. International shipping is $65.00. You are more than welcome to combine any number of items into one package for 1 low price.

Picture Policy :
All pictures advertised are of the original item. We do not use stock images or sample images for any of our listings. We try to have the pictures show all the details of the item perfectly but with jewelry you can never get a perfect picture. Feel free to contact us for additional images and we will be more than happy to accommodate you. Customers are always pleasantly surprised when the actual item is a lot more beautiful in person than in the pictures!
In Stock Policy:
All items listed are in stock and ready to be shipped out the same day. Due to in-store customer demand some items might be sold and would have to be custom made when purchased. Our inventory is updated weekly. In such cases proper notification will be given and a special discount can be added to the purchase price for the inconvenience. Please contact us prior to ordering for full disclosure.

All items purchased from Mark Broumand and DMJ Inc. are guaranteed to be 100% original. All gold or platinum items are solid gold or platinum (never plated or filled), all diamonds are natural diamonds (never synthetic, man made, enhanced, or treated). We back this up for the life of your item. Diamond products should be checked every six to twelve months for security. We are more than happy to check your product for security and re-polish it at any time. Prices vary depending on item.
