| A:Yes, either mail us for a quote or just wait for your invoice, we charge post at cost + a standard packing charge. |
| Q:I want to pay less for post - is this possible ? |

| A:Yes.
All A4 sized items include a packing charge for a box for the item to be shipped in. We can ship in an envelope only at your request.
We can also quote for a cheaper shipping service. |
| Q:Can I get a cheaper international shipping quote ? |

| A:Yes !
We quote for airmail as standard - surface mail takes between 2 and 12 weeks (depending on your country) to arrive, but is much cheaper, especially when you buy more than one item. So if you want to reduce your bill, let us know! |
| Q:How are your items shipped? Will they arrive safely? |

| A:All A4 sized sheet music and songbooks are packed in new, reuseable shipping boxes.
We have never received any complaints with our packing. |
| Q:What happens if I'm not happy with my purchase? |
|
| A:Return it - If we have made a mistake with the order or written an unfair item description etc..we will refund you in full.
If you decide you don't want something you can still return it but we will not refund postage. |
| Q:Will you let me know when my item has been shipped? |

| A:Sometimes we will send a dispatched email - but not always - just email if you need to know. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |
|
| A:We aim to ship within 3 days of receipt of payment.
UK orders should arrive 3-5 days after payment.
International orders 10-14 days after payment depending on destination & shipping service. |
| Q:My order hasn't arrived ? Where is it ? |

| A:Please check your local post office first - our postal boxes do not fit thru most letter boxes.
Please note that November & December deliveries may be slightly delayed due to the Christams post. |
