 | | We accept payment by Paypal, cheques in Sterling, Postal Orders. Please make cheque payable to Make or Take Ltd. We do not advise sending cash through the post. Payment from overseas customers must be by Paypal only.We request payment within 7 days of purchase or end of auction listing. Mail order only - NO PICKUPS.
All we ask is that if there is a problem that we are kept informed.
If payment is not received an Unpaid Item Dispute will be opened to allow us to communicate with the buyers. If payment is still not received within 7 days of the dispute opening,the dispute will be closed to reclaim fees.
We answer e mails as quickly as possible and where we can we will respond the same day. However, at peak times or for more complicated issues please allow a couple of days for a reply.If you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know. We are confident that a resolution can be sorted out through communication.
Parcels are sent out after cleared funds have been received. We are not responsible for Royal Mail delivery times. Proof of posting is obtained and a claim for non delivery will be made by us from Royal Mail if your parcel does not turn up. However, claims cannot be made from Royal Mail until 14 working days after posting , 25 days for International Parcels.
RETURN POLICY; We do offer a return policy, as we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us. If you receive your purchase and are not happy with it, we will exchange or refund on return of the item. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not refund food products or pierced earrings unless they are faulty. Please email us first, and return the item within 14 days of receipt. If the item is not faulty, it must be returned in its original packaging, and in this instance, we refund for the item only, not the P+P. Please enclose your ebay ID with the item, failure to do so will slow down the refund process considerably. We adhere to the Distance Selling Regulations for your protection. |
