We accept payment by Paypal, cheques in Sterling, Postal Orders. Please make cheque payable to Make or Take Ltd. We do not advise sending cash through the post. Proof of posting is obtained and a claim for non delivery will be made by us from Royal Mail if your parcel does not turn up. However, claims cannot be made from Royal Mail until 14 working days after posting , 25 days for International Parcels. RETURN POLICY; We do offer a return policy, as we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us. If you receive your purchase and are not happy with it, we will exchange or refund on return of the item. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not refund food products or pierced earrings unless they are faulty. Please email us first, and return the item within 14 days of receipt. If the item is not faulty, it must be returned in its original packaging, and in this instance, we refund for the item only, not the P+P.
