| Q:I think my items are lost in the post. What now? |

| A:If you have allowed the amount of time mentioned above and your tiem has not arrived, please contact your local sorting office and check they have not got your item. If the item is still missing, send us an email via contact seller and we will discuss with you what to do next. |
| Q:What is Bali silver? |
|
| A:Bali silver is the same as sterling silver. It is 92.5% pure, and usually alloyed with copper. It is nickel free. |
| Q:Are your findings nickel free? |
|
| A:Yes, we only stock nickel free jewellery findings. However, it is possible to develop sensitivity to any base metals. If you develop irritation after using or wearing any of our items, please remove the item immediately, and seek medical attention if the irritation is severe or does not subside naturally. |
| Q:How big is this item? |

| A:We normally put item measurements in the listing details, but we do sometimes miss them. Please check the listing and if you can't find measurements let us know. |
| Q:Is this item new? |

| A:All of our items are new unless the listing states otherwise. |
| Q:What postage methods do you use? |
|
| A:We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries. Items with FREE UK Postage are sent 2nd class, or you can upgrade to 1st class post by paying £1.50 during checkout. This charge is the same regardless of how many items you order. There is also an option for Special Delivery during checkout, if your order is high value, or you need it in a hurry. |
| Q:My item hasn't arrived yet. Should I be worried? |

| A:We normally take 2 working days (Monday - Friday) to process and post your items. You should add to this the normal delivery tme for the service you selected during checkout. This is usually 2 days for 1st class, or 5 days for 2nd class. Please allow extra time in the run up to Christmas, during postal strikes and Bank Holidays. |
| Q:What is Tibetan silver? |

| A:Tibetan silver is a silver coloured base metal alloy. It can contain a variety of base metals including nickel and lead, so you should always check that what you are buying is suitable for you.
All Tibetan silver that we stock is both nickel and lead free. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:Yes we do, and we request that you allow us time to do this before making payment. As we ship most items in the UK FREE, we need to save processing charges by combining transactions. We do this automatically every day, but you can email us if you are in a hurry. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:You can return any item purchased from Magpie Jewellery for any reason, within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in new condition with original packaging. We may accept returns after 14 days in exceptional circumstances, please contact us to discuss your needs. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes we do. We will ship to the Worldwide. We use Royal Mail airmail, and costs are calculated at £1.50 for the first item, and £0.50 for each subsequent item. Delivery normally takes 7-14 working days. |
