Postage
₴ I post out items out within 24 hours, if this is not possible, I will inform you
₴ Domestic items are sent by Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on size
₴ International items (where appropriate) are sent airmail unless requested to be sent surface mail
₴ Postage is charged at stamp price plus cost of packaging and handling fee that covers getting to the local post office (which isn't very local!)
₴ If items are lost in the post, please wait a minimum of 15 business days so I can claim with Royal Mail in order to refund you, I always keep proof of posting

Payment
₴ I accept PayPal, Cheques, or cash on collection (where appropriate)
₴ Please pay within 5 days of auction end
₴ In the unlikely event of non-payment an Unpaid Item Strike will be filed against your account

Returns
₴ Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase
₴ If items arrive damaged or significantly different to the auction a full refund (including all postage) will be given once item arrives back with me
₴ Returns for other reasons will be accepted for a refund (minus postage costs) once the item is returned unused and in the same condition it went out
₴ Recorded mail or other traceable means is required on returned items in order for refunds to be processed
