Payment By Credit/Debit Card
All online payments for orders received by MadHouse Darts are to be dealt with by Paypal.
Payment can be made by Cheque or Postal Order sent to our contact address and goods will be despatched upon clearance of payment in to our bank account. (Approximately 3 working days).
Please Note: You DO NOT have to be registered with PayPal, we just use them as our preferred payment processors.
If you are not registered with PayPal please select the 'Not Registered with PayPal' option.
Payments are processed with 128 bit encryption to ensure you are safe and secure buying from us.
Important: We never share or disclose any customer information with anyone outside our company/third party, because all payments are dealt with by Paypal we do not see or retain any of your card/payment details.
FEEDBACK
Feedback is very important to us as it provides other potential customers with an indication about the high level of service that we provide. Therefore we kindly ask that once you have received your order to take a few moments and complete the Feedback section of each transaction.
Should you not be happy with the purchase that you have made we are more than happy to discuss your issues and/or exchange the item, subject to the terms detailed below.

Prices & Products
All prices and products offered on our site are unique in that they are for Internet sales only.
Shipping To All Mainland UK Destinations
We have a standard £1.00 per total order fixed shipping charge regardless of the value of the order (excluding heavy items such as Darts Boards).
High value orders may require a signature on delivery. (All Dart sets are sent First Class ‘Signed For’).
Where stock is available we endeavour to ship all items ordered before 3.00pm on same day, however it is normal for orders to be processed and shipped within 48hrs of receipt.
Packaging
All our products are carefully packaged to ensure your purchases reach you in the best possible condition.
Out Of Stock Items
Goods advertised are rarely not be available.
If in the unlikely event that certain goods advertised are not available you will be contacted via e-mail to arrange a refund or replacement.
We endeavour to ship all orders as accurately and as fully as is possible, however from time to time we may have to substitute or duplicate a small item you have requested to facilitate the speedy dispatch of your order. (We will never substitute an out of stock dart set, but will notify you as to when we expect to be able to ship them to you).
Returns
All goods returned for refund or exchange must be received at our address within 10 days of purchase and must be in a new and unused condition which will include all the original packaging intact/undamaged and be accompanied by the payment receipt.
If the Refund Seal on the darts packaging has been broken, removed or tampered with this will invalidate any potentional refund.
We strongly suggest that you make any returns to us by recorded/special delivery as we regret we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit to us.
Important: We make a fixed £2 handling/restocking charge for each item that is returned to us for exchange or refund.
Any refund will be made in the same format as that received to purchase the goods.
If we deem that a refund is not valid the goods will be returned to you at your cost.
Refunds
In the unfortunate circumstances where a package is lost in transit by the postal service, no refund will be issued until a successful claim has been reached with the appropriate postal carrier.
All refunds issued will be less any listing/selling fees incurred by MadHouse Darts.
No claim for a lost item can be made until 14 days have elapsed from time of posting.
We can not be held responsible for items lost in the post as this is outside our control.
