We are able to deliver our products on pallets at the following prices, which are all INCLUSIVE of VAT and fuel surcharge at the current rates. All prices shown are for pallets weighing up to one tonne (maximum 66 x 15kg sacks per pallet).

£2 discount on these prices for quarter pallets (up to 17 x 15kg bags) or half pallets (up to 33 x 15kg bags).

OTHER INFORMATION:
All deliveries must be signed for! Delivery will be by a RHA Registered Haulier on a 2-3 day Economy Service - deliveries are made Monday to Friday only.
We are unable to guarantee what day delivery will be at the time of booking; but will request that the haulier calls you before delivery to make you aware.
Please provide a land line and mobile telephone number for the hauliers.
Please advise if you have any special requirements/circumstances that may affect the delivery- i.e. You must tell us if you need a vehicle with tail lift, or if there is a narrow access, gravel drive/drive with loose chippings at your property.
Our hauliers will only unload the pallet if a vehicle with tail lift/pallet truck has been booked.
Our hauliers will not assist in un stacking or handballing any pallets.
If you are not there to accept your goods on delivery, the order will be returned to the depot and you will be required to pay a re-delivery charge in order to receive your goods.
If there is any sign of damaged goods on delivery, this must be mentioned to the driver AND noted on the delivery manifest at the time of delivery. Unfortunately we cannot deal with any complaints if you fail to mention problems at the time of delivery.
SUPPLEMENTS:
Next day delivery supplement: £15.00 (orders need to be recived and paid for before 10am)
Timed Delivery- This applies if you say you want your delivery within a specified time slot (e.g. between 10am and 11am): £18.00
Saturday Delivery: £35.00
Missed Delivery Attempt: £25-£50 depending on location and distance from delivering depot
