We have reduced our postage and packing costs. Pay only 25p additional p&p for keypads if bought and paid for in one transaction. Post and packaging includes not only the Royal Mail postage rate, but also packaging & handling costs. Items are sent with full insurance, unless stated otherwise. International insurance is £3.50 up to £30 value, on top of the standard airmail tariff. Our costs include a small charge for administration. Many large mail order companies charge a minimum £5 handling/delivery charge unless you spend over £25. We do try to be fair and reasonable by keeping costs low.
