Warranty

1. If the listing do not contain any warranty information then we will provide 30 days warranty. Please check the listing first for the correct warranty period.

3. For all the product which come with LCD screen. We will provide replacement if the product have more than 3 dead / bright pixel(s) show on the LCD screen. Buyer have to contact us within 14 days from the date of dispatch, otherwise we will not provide this replacement.

4. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace defective items with an item of equal or greater functionality within the 30 day warranty period.

5. Customers must return items at his/her own cost and will be charged a return shipping fee for the replacement item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (less shipping and handling) will be issued in the form of the original payment method.
All sales are considered final after the 30 day warranty period.

 Return and Refund Policy

1. For All faulty item with Return to Base warranty, buyer have to contact us by E-mail. We will send a form to the buyer to fill in and please send the form together with the Faulty item. Please Note: All returned non-faulty item (identified by our technical department), the buyer has to pay for shipping and handling fee for re-sending the item back to buyer.

2. Items are NOT refundable after being sent out.

3. Shipping and Handling is NOT refundable.
In special circumstances where refund is accepted - 20% of the final value price will be duducted.(restocking fee).
