Payment Questions 1. How do I pay for an item that I have won on eBay?
After auction ended, you will recieve an email to let you know how to pay the item. We accept Paypal only, if buyer has any question on paying, please send us an email.
2. Can you ship multiple items together to save on the shipping?
Yes some items can be shipped together to save on shipping, however some items we have to ship out separately to avoid import tax, so we can't offer any discount on those items. Please check with every item's description to see is there a postage discount on that. If buyer has any question on combine shipping, please feel free to send us an email.
3. What methods of payment do you accept?
We only accept Paypal as this allows us to speed up your order.
4. How long do I have to pay for an item?
In the listing we state that payment should be made within 5 days from the end of auction.
If you require an extension or are waiting for other items to end please email us at mostwantedauction@gmail.com and in most circumstances we are able to accommodate your request.
Shipping & Delivery Questions 1. Which method do you use to ship your parcels?
We will use DHL, EMS or Air Mail provided by Hong Kong Post Office to ship out our items, method will be stated in every listing to let the buyer know.
2. Will I need to sign for my item on delivery?
Yes, some items (by DHL or EMS) will need to sign before getting the parcel. Buyer please sure there is someone at the delivery address to sign for the item.
4. Can I have my item delivered to a P.O. Box address?
If the item is delivered by DHL or EMS, it is not possible to deliver to P.O. Box, so please provide other address to us if your address provided to eBay is a PO Box address, we will send you an email to ask for other address if we find out you are currently using P.O. Box address, that would delay the ship out's date.

5. Is Pick Up available?
Sorry pick up is not possible as our stock will be sent out directly from the warehouse in different location.
Warranty & Returns Questions 1. Are Most Wanted Auction's products covered by warranty?
We aim to sell great products with warranty support where possible. Most items come with 30 days international warranty support. Please refer to the description on eBay for each listing as warranty terms differ from item to item.
All the item Accessories not cover by the warranty. For example if you buy a mp3 player the player self is cover by the warranty but the earphone and battery is not cover by the warranty.

3. Is Warranty transferable?
Sorry Warranty is not transferable.
4. What is your Refunds Policy?
No refunds offered if you have changed your mind about the goods.
All sales come with 30-day warranty. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace defective items with an item of equal or greater functionality within the 30 day warranty period.
Customers must return items at his/her own cost and will be charged a return shipping fee for the replacement item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (less shipping and handling) will be issued in the form of the original payment method.
All sales are considered final after the 30 day warranty period.
5. Is warranty extended if an item is replaced ?
Sorry warranty can't be extended in any circumstances.
6. If I bought a Digital Camera but the battery life is very short can I get a refund?
If the problem is battery life, we suggest you use the Ni-Mh 2400mAh rechargeable battery. It will solve the problem normally. We will not offer any refund for this problem.
7. How can I provide proof of purchase for a warranty claim?
Your ebay user ID will act as your proof or purchase. If you require to send back any item please attach a paper write down you user ID and reason for return. Otherwise we are unable to process your return item. We will not response for any item return with no attach information.
8. If i found any errors on the page , can i ask for a refund?
While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details is unintentional. We'd suggested not more than 7 days to file the case otherwise we will close the file and we'll have the right to determind the case as a final results.
