Our postage and packing charges include the cost of shipping, handling, packaging , manpower costs and non recoverable 15% VAT charged to us by HM Inland Revenue. If you are ordering multiples of different fabrics in the UK please wait until we invoice you before payment as we can generally discount from the listed P & P charges on multiple orders of Fabrics or goods. Generally speaking goods up to one kilos are sent 1st class and over 1 kilos are sent by parcel post ( 2-5 days ) - if you require a more express service please email for a quote before ordering.

LOST IN POST - NON DELIVERED PACKAGES
Subject to availablility we will resend any lost in post product usually after 14 working days ( our couriers insist on this ) and we will make claims against our couriers, but we ask that you contact your local sorting office first to check that it is not left there. 95% of missing or lost parcels are left in sorting offices. We always have a proof of posting. Please be available to accept delivery as packages returned to us will incur a second postal charge to resend the package.

Royal Mail deliver an excellent service, 99% of our items arrive on time (please read our feedback). The majority of our items are too large for your letterbox - if you're not in when the postman calls your item will be returned to the sorting office or check with your neighbour.

Returns
We want you to be happy with your order from Minerva Fabrics Ltd . If you are not 100% happy then please either contact us or return the item for a refund. All we ask is that you return the item in the condition it was sent to you in within 14 days of the sale date. Certain items are not returnable. These are items that are specially ordered in for a customer & items that are ''cut off'' for each individual order.
Please note: We do not refund postage costs. Items that are returned back to us for refunds will be minus postage costs.
Exchanges
We do accept exchanges; simply return the item to us with a covering note explaining what you would like in exchange. Goods must be received back in the same condition they were sent in.
When returning goods or exchanging them please keep your proof of postage back to us. Items that are damaged or lost in the post we cannot be held responsible for.
Product exchange is our normal policy as long as you the buyer, agree to pay for the shipping costs incurred by the courier and postal services.
Please feel free to send for samples of fabrics or trims you are usure of ( better a sample than a return especially when colour is a issue). We can and will supply samples up to a maximum of FIVE of any of our fabrics, trims, elastics etc on receipt of a Stamped Addressed Envelope and ebay print out of the fabrics you require a sample of. Please do not send the reference number only as we cannot allocate the staff time to search for listing refrences. Please note sample requests without a stamped addressed envelope will be ignored. Please provide sufficient postage to cover the samples.
We can supply certain photocopied colour charts of ranges i.e. Satin Bias, Berisfords ribbons, Gutermann, Moon, DMC Silks etc. To give an idea of the colour available where available on receipt of a large SAE - please email for availability.
N.B. We accept cheques drawn from a UK bank in sterling and only accept paypal for overseas transactions.
